摘要: 目的 探讨翻转课堂与以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学模式相结合的方法在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月—2017年 12月泌尿外科临床一线护士20名作为研究对象,分别采用传统教学模式和翻转课堂与PBL教学相结合的教学模式教学,对学习者的理论考试成绩和教学效果进行对比分析。结果 试验组理论考试成绩显著优于对照组,新教学模式也显著提高了对教学的满意度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 翻转课堂与PBL教学模式相结合的临床护理教学模式在临床护理人员学习中的应用可以提高护士的学习效果,是一种值得在护理临床一线推行的教学方法。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of the teaching mode combining reverse courses with PBL teaching in clinical nursing teaching.Methods Twenty urology nurses were selected from January 2016 to December 2017, and divided into a control group receiving traditional teaching model and an experiment group receiving a combined teaching model of reverse courses and PBL teaching to compare their theory test scores and teaching effects.Results The theory test scores and the instructional satisfaction of the experimental group were superior to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode combining reverse courses and PBL teaching can help nurses with their study, and it is worth promoting.
