脊柱手术全过程干预对预防患者切口感染的价值研究

Value of whole-process intervention of spinal surgery to prevent patients' incision infection

摘要: 目的 探究脊柱手术全过程干预对预防患者切口感染的价值。方法 选择2019年6月30日—2020年6月30日期间500例行脊柱手术患者为对象,通过计算机编号并随机抽取分为两组,各250例。试验组接受有免疫监测的全过程干预护理,对照组接受常规护理干预。观察两组免疫细胞水平(T细胞亚群)、免疫球蛋白水平、疼痛评分和生活质量。结果 干预后,两组血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)均有下降,且试验组血清免疫球蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD8+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+)水平均有所上升,且试验组T细胞亚群水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,SF-36四项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脊柱手术全过程干预可有效降低患者切口感染风险,缓解患者疼痛,提高生活质量,具有较高临床价值,值得普及。

Abstract: Objective To explore the value of intervention in the whole process of spinal surgery to prevent wound infection in patients. Methods A total of 500 patients undergoing spinal surgery from June 30,2019 to June 30,2020 were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into two groups,250 cases in each group. The experimental group received whole-process nursing intervention with immune monitoring, and the control group received conventional nursing intervention. Observations included the levels of immune cells (T cell subsets) ,immunoglobulins,pain scores,and quality of life in the two groups. Results After the intervention,the serum immunoglobulins(IgG,IgA,and IgM)of the two groups decreased,and the levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the T cell subsets(CD3+,CD8+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+) increased,and the levels of T cell subsets in the experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the four SF-36 item scores were significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention in the whole process of spinal surgery can effectively reduce the risk of incision infection in patients,relieve pain,and improve quality of life. It is of high clinical value and is worthy of popularization.
