肛窦炎是肛肠科常见疾病,其核心为肛腺/肛窦感染,主要临床表现为疼痛、肛门坠胀、分泌物增多等。由于肛窦解剖的特殊性,容易造成炎症反复发作,若不及时干预,极易出现肛周脓肿。肛窦炎传统治疗主要以保守治疗、手术治疗为主,但是临床疗效欠佳。本文在介绍肛窦炎的发病机制、分析保守治疗局限性的基础上,对肛窦切除松解术联合普济痔疮栓治疗肛窦炎的临床应用进展进行了综述。
Anal sinusitis is a common clinical condition in proctology, primarily involving infection of the anal glands and anal sinuses. Its main clinical manifestations include pain, anal heaviness, and increased secretions. Due to its unique anatomical characteristics, it is prone to recurrent episodes, and delayed intervention can easily lead to perianal abscess formation. Traditional treatments mainly consist of conservative therapy and surgical intervention, but clinical efficacy remains suboptimal. Based on this, this paper introducd the pathogenesis of anal sinusitis, analyzed the limitations of conservative treatment, and reviewed the clinical research progress of anal sinus excision and decompression combined with Puji hemorrhoid suppository in the treatment of anal sinusitis.
