乳头溢液(nipple discharge,ND)是乳腺疾病的三大常见症状之一。本文仅就病理性乳头溢液的病因、临床检查诊断、治疗现状和进展作一综述,以提高对其正确认识和乳腺癌的一级预防。
Nipple Discharge (nipple discharge,ND) is one of the three common symptoms in breast diseases.Accurate pathogens, timely diagnosis, and effective therapy of physiological nipple discharge takes the good effects on the prognosis and the primary prevention on breast cancer. Thus, we review the pathogens, diagnosis, and therapy of physiological nipple discharge in the paper.
