摘要

自1938年Gross等首先成功地结扎动脉导管以来,手术一直是先天性心脏病的传统治疗方式[1]。1966年,Rashkind等首先应用头端带有可扩张球囊的特种导管进行球囊房间隔造口术(balloon atrial aeptostomy,BAS)[2],自此,介入治疗成为重要的辅助手段。1972年,Bhati等在动脉导管未闭缝合手术中利用球囊导管暂时性堵塞动脉导管内血流[3],是介入和外科技术的首次同时联合应用。2002年,Hjortdal等提出了结合影像学技术和常规介入器材联合外科技术治疗复杂性先天性心脏病的理念[4],即镶嵌治疗(hybrid therapy)。镶嵌治疗在实时影像学支持下,可以缩短或避免体外循环时间,具有创伤小,治疗及时,准确度高的特点,尤其适合心导管介入或外科技术单独无法取得满意结果的病种和情况。
