目的 总结运用腹腔镜胆总管探查术的治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析1992年3月至2013年3月成都市第二人民医院运用腹腔镜胆总管探查术对2 161例病人进行治疗的经验及效果。结果 一期缝合的1 320例中1 241例(93.8%)及T管引流的841例中772例(91.7%)治疗获得成功;中转开腹24例，胆漏67例，术后残余结石内镜未能取净12例，死亡5例，其他并发症49例。结论 只要选择合适的病例，腹腔镜胆总管探查术是可行、有效和安全的。

Objective To summarize the experience of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCDE).Methods The clinical data of 2 161 patients undergoing LCDE were analyzed retrospectively from March 1992 to March 2013 in the Second People^,s Hospital of Chengdu.Results The procedure was successful in 1 241(93.8%) in 1 320 cases with primary suture of duct incision and 772(91.7%) in 841 cases with T tube drainage.Twenty-four cases were shifted to open common bile duct exploration .Bile leakage occurred in 67 cases.Residual stones were not removed by endoscopy in 12 cases.Five cases died postoperatively.Forty-nine cases were found with other complications.Conclusion If patients are in indication,LCDE is a feasible,safe and effective method for skilled endoscopists.
