Austin截骨手术是矫治拇外翻畸形的一种常用术式，其术后并发症之一是缺血性骨坏死(Avascular Necrosis，AVN)，尽管该病症发生率不高，但术后第一跖骨头缺血性坏死的后果往往很严重，对此已有较为广泛的报道。本文将对Austin截骨术后AVN的发病机制、分型、解剖、影像学表现以及预防和处理方法等临床研究进展做一综述。
Austin osteotomy is a common procedure in the correction of hallux valgus.Avascular necrosis (AVN) of the first metatarsal head is one of the complications of Austin procedure for hallux valgus correction.Although an infrequent complication,it is widely reported that consequences for those who develop postoperative AVN may be severe.This paper presents overview of pathogenesis and classification of AVN.It reviews the vascular anatomy of the first metatarsal with reference to surgical technique of Austin osteotomy with lateral release.Imaging techniques are described and management of AVN and revision surgery are also discussed.
