目的 观察硬化剂注射加肛门成形术治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法 将42 例Ⅱ、Ⅲ度完全性直肠脱垂随机分成治疗组(n=22)和对照组(n=20)。治疗组进行消痔灵注射治疗+肛门成形术，对照组单纯消痔灵注射治疗。结果 治疗组术后12个月随访复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，而术后当天、第4、第10天肛门发热、疼痛、肛门坠胀、排便情况、治愈率无差异。结论 消痔灵硬化剂注射+肛门成形术是针对Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的痛苦小、疗效确切的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the effect of injection sclerotherapy+anoplasty in the treatment of rectal prolapse.Methods 42 cases of Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree of complete rectal prolapse were randomly divided into treatment group (n=22) and control group (n=20).Patients in treatment group were received Xiaozhiling injection and anoplasty,patients in control group were only treated by Xiaozhiling injection.Results After 12 months of follow-up recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in complication and cure rate.Conclusion Sclerosing injections+anoplasty are less pain and more effective therapy for Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse
