摘要

手术切除是肝细胞癌最主要的根治性治疗手段,但术后复发率高,且最常见于肝内复发。合理有效的治疗复发性肝癌,能够进一步提高肝癌患者的长期生存率。目前主要有手术再切除、肝移植、局部消融治疗、介入治疗、靶向治疗以及全身化疗等治疗手段应用于复发性肝癌的治疗。由于复发性肝癌病情多较为复杂,临床上常采用多种方法的联合或者序贯治疗,本文就肝细胞癌切除术后复发的多学科治疗做一综述。

Abstract

Hepatectomy remains the main radical treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but the recurrences after surgery is frequent and most of them are intrahepatic recurrences. Effective treatment for recurrent tumors can prolong the long-term survival. There are many therapeutic methods, including re-hepatectomy, liver transplantation, local ablation, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE), molecular target therapy and systemic chemotherapy, available now for recurrent tumors. However multi-disciplinary treatment or combined treatments are always needed for these tumors. In present paper, the current status and prospect of multi-disciplinary treatment for recurrent HCC are reviewed.
