肿瘤术后复发转移是影响癌症病人预后的重要因素。尽早发现肝癌术后复发和转移对提高肝癌病人疗效有重要意义。本文就肝癌术后早期复发转移预测的进展包括肝癌术后复发时间与预后，肝癌早期复发转移分子预测及其数学模型作一综述。
Recurrence and metastasis of the tumor is an important prognostic factor in patients with cancer. Early detection of postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with hepaocellular carcinoma (HCC) has an important significance for improvement of prognosis of HCC patients. This article reviews advances in research on prediction for early postoperative recurrence and metastasis of HCCs including recurrence time and prognosis after hepatectomy for HCC, molecular prediction for early recurrence and metastasis of HCC and its mathematical model.
