摘要

通过对1起因术后胃瘫治疗不当致死的医疗事故分析，阐明外科医师工作中不仅应重视手术治疗，还应关注术后并发症及其防治。只有充分意识到术后并发症的风险，采取规范合理治疗，才能防范术后并发症和医疗事故的发生。

Abstract

Based on the analysis on a medical malpractice case caused by gastroparesis treated improperly,to clarify that surgeon should not only focus on operation,but also broaden the prevention of the risks of complications after operation.
