he detection of ground-glass opacity (GGO) is increasingly common. The management of patients with
GGO should begin with estimating the probability of
cancer from the patient's clinical risk factors and CT characteristics . This article discusses for preoperative diagnosis, surgical procedure and postoperative adjuvant therapy and follow-up of GGO that less than 10 mm in diameter . For those with a high probability of cancer, surgical diagnosis is warranted.
