缝隙连接通讯(Gap junction intercellular commmunication,GJIC)是由缝隙连接(Gap junction)介导的相邻细胞间电偶联以及小分子物质进行信息交流、物质交换的直接方式。出血性脑损伤、缺血性脑损伤、颅脑外伤及神经变性疾病均可导致中枢神经系统功能损伤,而认知功能障碍是中枢神经系统损伤后的常见表现之一,近来随着分子生物学及电生理学研究的不断深入,越来越多的研究表明缝隙连接通讯参与了机体认知功能障碍发生的过程。
Gap junction intercellular communication (GJIC) ,mediated by gap junction, is the most directly way to exchange information. Materials , small molecules between two adjacent cells via gap junction communicating each other. Intraventricular hemorrhage injury, ischemic cerebral injury, cerebral trauma and neurodegenerative diseases can lead to central nervous system injury. Cognitive dysfunction is one of the common manifestations after the cerebral injury.With the recent development in molecular biological and electrophysiological study, more and more show that gap junction communication is involved in the process of cognitive dysfunction .
