目的 回顾分析左半结肠癌伴肠梗阻一期手术治疗的治疗作用。方法 选择22例腹腔内无严重污染，积脓;吻合肠段无严重水肿;吻合肠段血供良好;结肠冲洗干净;吻合口远端肠道无转移癌灶者，实施一期手术。结果 22例左半结肠癌伴肠梗阻一期手术效果较好，术后未发现吻合口漏，无腹腔感染。结论 左半结肠癌伴肠梗阻一期手术可以安全实施，减少病患痛苦。

Objective The aim of this retrospective study is to evaluate surgical outcomes of primary resection as emergent curative surgery for obstructive left-sided colorectal cancer.Methods 22 patients with obstructive left-sided colon cancer received emergent curative resection.Complication,mortality and hospital stay were analyzed.Results No death and leakage were found in these patients.Conclusion For obstructive left-sided colorectal cancers,primary resection may be a safer surgical option.
