[摘要] 肾细胞癌，简称肾癌，是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。肾癌易复发或转移，对化疗、放疗和免疫治疗均不敏感，因此肾癌患者的生活质量和预后受到严重影响。近些年，对肾癌患者的生活质量研究关注显著增多，尤其是在生活质量评估的量表使用、手术切除的影响和靶向药物治疗的作用等方面。本文就肾癌患者生活质量的研究作一综述，为临床上肾癌的生活质量提高提供有力参考和研究依据。
[ABSTRACT] Renal cell carcinoma (RCC), is one of the most common malignant tumor in urological system. RCC with high recurrence rate and metastasis rate , is relatively resistant to radiation therapy and chemotherapy, which affects the quality of life(QoL) and prognosis of patients with RCC. In recent years, increasing attentions have been paid to the research of QoL, especially in available instruments to measure QoL, impact of surgical removal and targeted therapy. This review includes related researches and provides reference for clinical practice in RCC treatment.
