［摘 要］目的 探讨320排动态容积CT对尿路梗阻性疾病的临床应用价值。方法 使用320排动态容积CT对64例患者进行扫描及CTU重建，所有病变均通过手术或病理证实，其中泌尿系结石51 例、泌尿系统肿瘤9 例、泌尿系结核4 例。结果 所有病例经CTU均可清晰显尿路梗阻性病变的位置、形态及与周围组织的关系等，从而做出定性诊断。结论 320排动态容积CT诊断尿路梗阻性病变定位、定性准确，具有重要的临床价值。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical application of urography by 320 row of dynamic volume CT for urinary tract obstruction. Methods 64 patients with urinary symptoms received urography by 320 row dynamic volume CT. All pathological changes through surgery or conventional pathology inspection confirmation, including ureteral calculus( n= 51)，urinary tract neoplasms(n= 4)，urinary tuberculosis ( n= 4). Results CTU can clearly demonstrate the location of urinary tract obstruction，morphology and the relationship with the surrounding tissue, so as to make the qualitative diagnosis.Conclusion CTU is a new and safe imaging technique with excellent accuracy in the diagnosis of urinary tract obstruction，it has an important clinical value.
