目的 分析老年胸部外伤患者的临床特点和救治效果。方法 对156例60岁以上老年人胸部外伤的诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果 老年人胸部外伤以交通伤和跌伤居多（80.1%），伤情重，死亡率高（5.8%）。结论 老年胸部外伤伤情重，病情复杂多变，应采取多学科协作，综合治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of chest trauma in elderly patients. Methods Data of 156 over-60-year-old elderly people with chest trauma were reviewed retrospectively. Results Traffic accident injury and fall injury were the most common causes(80.1%),more complications and higher mortality rate(5.8%).Conclusions Elderly chest trauma is usually critical in varied and complex conditions,we must try interdisciplinary cooperation and comprehensive treatment.
