目的 探讨使用钛板内固定与钢丝结扎内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 2009年6月-2012年7月,回顾分析42例下颌骨骨折,其中21例采用钢丝结扎内固定,其余21例采用钛板内固定,比较两组在骨折愈合及咬合关系、咬合力及颞下关节影响等临床疗效方面差异。结果 42例均获随访,随访6-32月,平均18个月。术后6月时骨折愈合率、咬合关系、咬合力及对颞下关节影响等临床疗效方面钛板组优于钢丝组(P<0.05)。结论 钛板内固定治疗下颌骨骨折具有复位好、固定牢靠、并发症少优点,是一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of titanium plate internal fixation and intermaxillary wire ligation fixation in treatment of mandibular fractures.Methods From June 2009 to July 2012,42 retrospective analysis cases of mandibular fracture were collected.21 patients were treated with intermaxillary wire ligation fication,the remaining 21 patients accepted fitanium plate fixation.Two groups were compared in fracture healing,occlusion,biting force and infratemporal joint.Results 42 cases were followed up for 6-32 months.Titanium plate group was better than the wire group in clinical results including fracture healing,occlusion ,biting force and infratemporal joint (P<0.05).Conclusion Titanium plate internal fixation has excellent reduction,rigid fixation and fewer complications in treatment of mandibular fracture.It is an ideal menthod for treating mandibular fractures.
