[摘要] 通过对一起案例两次鉴定得出不同结论的分析，阐明医疗鉴定中对医疗过失正确判断的方法与标准，同时告诫医务人员在医疗活动中的注意事项，进一步防范医疗损害的发生。

【Abstract 】Through the analysis of the two identified cases together come to different conclusions, to clarify methods and standards for medical identification correct judgment of medical negligence, but warned medical personnel considerations in medical activities to further prevent the occurrence of medical damage.
