目的： 探讨前外侧有限切开结合内侧微创锁定板接骨术治疗Pilon骨折18例分析。方法 ：选取2012年5月~2015年5月在医院收治的36例Pilon骨折的患者, 随机分为实验组18例和对照组18例，实验组采用前外侧有限切开结合内侧微创锁定板接骨术，对照组采取传统的开放性手术。对治疗后两组踝关节功能的改善、术中术后情况及不良事件进行分析。结果 ：实验组改善患者踝关节功能、骨折愈合时间、不良事件发生率方面有明显的优势（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：综上所述，前外侧有限切开结合内侧微创锁定板接骨术可有效改善Pilon骨折的踝关节功能，缩短了骨折愈合时间，并减少不良事件的发生，值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the anterolateral limited incision combined with medial minimally invasive locking plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of 18 cases of Pilon fracture analysis. Methods: 36 cases of patients with Pilon fracture were selected in our hospital from May,2012to May,2015.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group (18 cases) and control group (18 cases). The experimental group was treated with anterolateral limited incision combined with medial minimally invasive locking plate osteosynthesis, while the control group adopted the traditional open surgery. The improvement of the function of ankle joint in two groups after treatment, the postoperative situation and adverse events were analyzed. Results:The experimental group were obvious advantages (P<0.05) in improving the function of ankle joint, fracture healing time and the incidence of adverse events. Conclusion: In summary, anterolateral limited open combined with medial minimally invasive locking plate osteosynthesis can effectively improve the Pilon fracture of ankle joint function and delayed fracture healing time, and reduce the incidence of adverse events, it is worth of clinical application.
