摘要

正常人体内角膜内皮细胞(corneal endothelial cells,CEC)不可再生,损伤后由临近细胞通过扩大、移行来填补空缺。CEC密度和形态是维持角膜正常结构、透明度及屈光指数的基本条件。外伤、手术或代谢问题均可能对其产生不可逆性的损伤。本综述对多种情况下CEC的形态学参数、功能状况、损伤修复等进行归纳整理,望对相关眼疾治疗及判断手术预后提供参考价值。

Abstract

The adult corneal endothelial cells (CEC) could not take self-renewal.The circumjacent cells enlarge and migrate to fill the vacancy after trauma.A normal endothelial cellular density and morphology are pivotal to maintain a normal corneal structure,transparency and refractive index.Traumas,surgeries and some metabolic problems may lead to irreversible results.In this review,the CEC morphological parameters,CEC function and redistribution in a variety of the situation were comprehensively reviewed.Hope it would provide a reference for the treatment of ocular diseases and the judgment of surgical prognosis.
