本文通过对4例原发性肝癌自发破裂出血病例分析，提示及时的手术切除加大量蒸馏水彻底冲洗可能对延长术后生存时间有一定的帮助。此外，对其他的相关治疗措施也进行了探讨。

This paper analyzes the spontaneous rupture hemorrhage 4 cases of primary liver cancer cases. Prompt and timely surgical resection plus a large amount of distilled water thoroughly wash may have certain help to extend the postoperative survival time. In addition, other related treatment measures are discussed.
