息肉状脉络膜血管病变的临床研究新进展

摘要

息肉样脉络膜血管病变(PCV)是多发于亚洲人等有色人种的脉络膜血管病变,在我国发病率较高。吲哚青绿血管造影检查发现脉络膜血管息肉样扩张为PCV诊断的金标准。既往PCV被看做是湿性老年性黄斑变性的一种亚型。但随着医学的发展,PCV的性质认定开始出现争议,PCV是一个独立疾病还是湿性老年性黄斑变性的亚型尚没有统一的标准,PCV临床诊断、最佳治疗方案选择以及预后与湿性老年性黄斑变性也存在较大差异。本文就PCV流行病学、临床特征、临床治疗等方面做一综述,为PCV临床诊断、治疗提供宝贵的临床资料。尽管PCV的发病机制目前尚不清楚,治疗方案也存在争议,相信通过我们的不懈努力,终究会在PCV诊断治疗方面做出我们应有的贡献。

Abstract

Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) is a multiple choroid vascular diseases in colored people and so on Asian, higher incidence in our country. Indocyanine green angiography showed a polypoid expansion of choroid blood vessels is recognized a gold standard for diagnosis of PCV.Always, PCV was seen as a subtype of wet age-related macular degeneration.But with the development of medicine, the pathogenesis of PCV arises controversy. PCV is an independent disease or subtypes of age-related macular degeneration is still no unified standard, PCV clinical diagnosis, optimal treatment options and prognosis is different from wet age-related macular degeneration. In this paper, the PCV clinical characteristics, imaging examination and clinical aspects is included. Although PCV pathogenesis is unclear, we believe that through our unremitting efforts,the diagnosis and understanding of PCV pathogenesis will improve.
