真菌性角膜炎（fungal keratitis，FK）作为一种严重的致盲性眼病，其病变常易侵犯角膜深层，目前国内外治疗FK的方法主要为口服和静脉注射全身抗真菌药使用，联合局部使用抗真菌滴眼剂，这些途径的治疗对于某些难治性FK病例往往效果欠佳。近年来，国内外学者发现通过往角膜基质病灶区内直接注射抗真菌药对FK的治疗有良好的疗效。本文就角膜基质注射治疗FK作一综述。
As a serious blinding eye disease, fungal keratitis (FK), often tends to invade into deep corneal stroma. Clinically, the main antifungal treatments are through the oral and intravenous systemic administrations, combined with locally used antifungal eyedrops. But these treatment pathways are often has a poor effects for some intractable FK patients. Recently, directly intraconeal stroma injection of antifungal drugs has been revealed having a good clinical efficacy, even for the intractable cases. In this paper, this new treating method was reviewed.
