摘要:神经监测在颈椎手术中的应用中运动诱发电位的监测是必不可少的,皮层运动诱发电位监测(MEP)是通过对大脑运动皮层的刺激,在锥体束或骨骼肌上记录的电反应[1]。但MEP监测对操作技术和周围环境要求较高,且受麻醉药物影响较大,特别对肌松剂要求较高,本文主要介绍麻醉药物对运动诱发电位监测的影响和我院现行的对策。
Abstrct: The application of motor evoked potential monitoring is necessary in cervical asurgery. The MEP monitoring need higher requirement for operating skills and environment, and is often effected by anesthetics, particularly the muscle relaxant. This paper introduced the effect to MEPs with anesthetics and the recent strategy of the treatment.
