摘要目的：探究分析前列地尔联合腔内治疗用于治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症时的疗效及安全性。方法：选择我院于2012年2月-2016年1月收治的60例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者行下肢动脉球囊扩张及支架置入术后,随机分组，参比组进行常规治疗，观察组加以使用前列地尔，比较两组治疗前后血管超声检查的变化程度，分析两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后观察组足背动脉血流速度及踝肱指数的改善情况明显优于参比组，P＜0.05；观察组的治疗总有效率也高于参比组，P＜0.05。结论：前列地尔联合腔内治疗能够显著扩张患者的狭窄动脉,使建立侧支循环的过程得到促进及保护,以使血液循环得到明显改善,缓解临床症状。
