目的 报告羊膜带综合征致死胎1例，探讨羊膜带综合征相关畸形的相关因素以及诊断。方法 本例的羊膜带综合征表现为羊膜带附着于脐带根部，缠绕脐带根部，虽未导致胎儿外观的畸形，但引起脐带异常，脐带闭塞从而导致胎死宫内，临床上实属罕见。本例待引产成功死胎娩出后，反复检查排除胎儿其他畸形，胎盘、脐带细致检查，多次详细询问病史，因患者拒绝进一步行染色体检查，对此次羊膜带综合征的病因尚不明确。结果 羊膜带综合征为临床极罕见的一种疾病，此次羊膜带综合征的病因尚不明确。结论 羊膜带综合征为临床极罕见的一种疾病，羊膜带综合征主要表现为外表面组织器官缺陷；受累组织器官由于其在发生的关键时期，因羊膜囊破裂及羊膜带粘连受到干扰而致畸；畸形的严重程度及范围取决于羊膜囊破裂的时间和部位。通过罕见的临床病例让我们对本病加强认识，积累宝贵的经验。

Objective To report 1 case of fetal death induced by amniotic band syndrome ，explore the amniotic band syndrome associated malformations associated factors and diagnosis．Methods Results In this case, the amniotic band syndrome is expressed as the amniotic band attached to the root of the umbilical cord.Although not lead to deformity of the appearance of the fetus,but causing abnormal umbilical cord, umbilical cord occlusion resulting in fetal death in utero, it is rare.This example stay after successful induction delivery of the dead fetus, repeated inspection to exclude other fetal malformations. Placenta, umbilical cord careful examination, repeatedly asked in detail about the history, because the patient refused further chromosome examination, the amniotic membrane with causes of this syndrome is not clear.Results Amniotic band syndrome is a rare clinical disease. the amniotic membrane with causes of this syndrome is not clear. Conclusion Amniotic band syndrome is a rare clinical disease. Amniotic band syndrome mainly for outer surface of tissue and organ defects; involvement of tissue and organ because of its occurrence in the critical period，because of the amniotic sac and amniotic membrane rupture with adhesions interference and teratogenicity; the severity of the deformity and range depends on the amnion rupture time and site．we have to strengthen the understanding of this disease through rare clinical cases, and accumulated valuable experience.
