目的 解决国内手术室医疗设备的集中控制问题。方法 研究采用单片机作为MCU,CPLD作为扩展芯片,通过CAN总线协议实现与控制主机之间的通信功能,设计了一套能够兼容国内手术室设备多样性的集中控制系统,并通过Modelsim进行4x4矩阵键盘集中控制模拟按键的时序仿真。结果 研究采用集成CAN控制器的PIC18F45K80微控制器、高速隔离CAN总线收发器CTM8251AT、以及CPLD芯片EPM1270T144C5等硬件架构,实现了按键控制和设备显示信号的更新,以该方案为蓝本构建了一体化手术室设备控制系统,实现了手术室设备多样性的兼容和集中控制。结论 手术室设备多样性的集中控制系统可采用单片机-CPLD-CAN方案架构,实现国产一体化手术室的集中管理和控制。经临床使用,效果满意。
Objective solving the operating room centralized control of medical devices. Methods research using SCM as the MCU, CPLD chip as an extension, communication between the CAN bus protocol via the control panel, designed a device compatible with domestic operating room centralized control system Diversity, conducted by Modelsim 4x4 matrix keyboard focus timing simulation simulation control buttons.
