目的：探讨呼吸机在外科ICU的临床应用管理方法。方法：通过对呼吸机的结构、工作原理的阐述及对外科ICU呼吸机使用情况分析，阐明外科ICU呼吸机临床应用存在的问题。结果：提出外科ICU呼吸机在临床应用管理的建议和具体措施，包括建立培训体系、定期维护检查、加强消毒管理等。结论：可提高外科ICU呼吸机临床应用能力和临床应用安全性，降低患者使用呼吸机的感染等风险。
Objective：Discuss clinical application management of ventilator in surgical ICU. Method：Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the ventilator and usage in surgical ICU . Clarify the problems existing in the clinical application of ventilator in surgical ICU . Results：Propose suggestions and measures in the clinical application of ventilator in surgical ICU, including the establishment of training system, regular maintenance and inspection, to strengthen the management of disinfection. Conclusion: Improve the clinical application ability and clinical application safety of ventilator in surgical ICU. Reduce the risk of infection.
