目的:为了早期迅速纠正体外循环术后低血钾, 我们针对术后低钾血症病人均给予高浓度补钾, 有效地防止了术后因低血钾引起的心律失常。方法:本组63例低钾血症患者都使用微量注射泵高浓度补钾,补钾过程给予严密心电监护,监测血钾浓度,尿量和精心护理。结果全组无一例因低钾死亡。结论: 在严密的动态临床监测和精心护理下,微泵静推补钾见效快、安全,适用于体外循环术后低钾血症患者。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of rapid correction of
postoperative early hypokalemia after extracorporeal circulation in heart disease using concentrated intravenous potassium infusions.Methods 63 patients with hypokalemia after extracorporeal circulation surgery were treated by potassium chloride infusions via central vein. Plasma potassium concentration,arterial blood gas analysis(ABG)and electrocardiographic were taken during therapy,
Results No patient was died from hypokalemia. Conclusions It can rapidly and and safely correct hypokalemia in postoperative early hypokalemia after extracorporeal circulation using concentrated intravenous potassium infusions.
