[摘要]本文主要就前列腺手术的分类、术后尿失禁发生情况及尿失禁管理研究现况进行综述，总结了不同康复手段对于前列腺术后患者尿失禁症状改善的作用，并对我国前列腺术后患者尿失禁管理发展趋势进行了归纳与展望，为临床健全尿失禁管理策略，改善患者生活质量提供参加依据。
[Abstract]This review focuses on the classification of prostatectomy,the postoperative incontinence,and the incontinence management research status.We summarize the improvement role of different means of rehabilitation for patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy,and prospect the trends of the prostprostatectomy incontinence management.The purpose is to perfect the clinical incontinence management strategies,and provide a sound basis of the improvement the life quality of patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy.
