乳腺痛是生育年龄妇女乳腺病中最常见的主诉之一,可分为周期性疼痛和非周期性疼痛。中重度乳腺痛对患者日常生活有一定的影响,需药物治疗。及时明确乳腺痛病因及分类,对于治疗方案的选择和患者症状的缓解甚至乳腺癌的一级预防具有重要意义。
Mastalgia is one of the common complains in the breast diseases of the fertile age women.The pain can be categoried into two types,periodicity pain and non-periodicity pain.As moderate and severe pain on the patients’ daily life,such pain should be cured with medicine.Timely confirming the pathgeon and categories of the mastalgia would take good effects on the therapy of the mastalgia and prevention of the breast cancer.
