三角纤维软骨复合体(triangular fibrocartilage complex,TFCC)位于腕关节的尺侧,是由三角纤维软骨及其周围韧带组成的结构复合体,是稳定下尺桡关节的重要结构。TFCC的外伤或退变性损伤是导致腕关节疼痛的重要原因之一。在临床腕关节损伤及疼痛的治疗中,TFCC病变的因素易被临床医师忽略,且缺乏系统正规的诊治,因而有时对患者腕关节损伤及疼痛的治疗疗效产生不利影响。文章就近年来三角纤维软骨复合体损伤的诊治进展进行综述。
Triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) is located on the ulnar side of wrist,and is composed of triangular fibrocartilage and its surrounding ligaments.It is an important structure to stabilize distal radioulnar joint.Traumatic or degenerative injury of TFCC is one important cause of wrist pain.In the treatment of clinical wrist joint injury and pain,the factors of TFCC lesions are easily neglected by clinicians,and there are no systematic and standard diagnosis and treatment,which may have adverse effects on the treatment of wrist joint injury and pain.Researches on the diagnosis and treatment of TFCC injury in recent years in this paper were reviewed.
