为了提高三甲医院服务质量,改善患者就医环境,减少医患矛盾,设计开发外科专家门诊信息屏幕映示系统。本文采用了云计算技术、C/S 体系结构、Oracle数据库、C# 面向对象语言等工具进行软件开发,使就医患者更准确及时地了解外科专家门诊信息。该屏幕映示系统明确指引外科患者门诊就诊方向,优化外科门诊就医流程,从而提高三甲医院外科门诊整体工作效率,提高医院服务质量,提升外科患者就医满意度,为患者来院就医提供一个更加便捷的就医流程。

To elevate the service quality of hospitals,improve the patients’ medical environment,and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients,we design and develop the outpatient information of surgical specialist mapping system,by using the tools like cloud computing technology,C/S architecture,Oracle database,C# object-oriented language.The screen display system can provide a clear guidance of treatment direction to surgical patients and optimizes the service process of surgical outpatient,so that it improves the overall efficiency and service quality of hospital,to elevate surgical patients’ satisfaction and offers a more convenient treatment process for patients.
