肝囊肿外科治疗的难点之一为囊肿与胆管相通的治疗。本文总结9例连通胆管肝囊肿的外科治疗如肝囊肿空肠R-Y吻合、胆总管引流、经内镜鼻胆管引流(ENBD)术经验,为临床工作提供借鉴。
One of the difficulties in the surgical treatment of hepatic cyst is cyst connected with bile duct.In this article, we reported our experience in the treatment of 9 patients with this disease such as hepatic cyst and jejunal Roux-en-Y anastomosis, common bile duct drainage, and endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD), aiming to provide references for clinical work.
