目的 探讨术中超声在颅内肿瘤手术中的应用效果。方法 本研究选取2017年1月—2018年11月进行颅内肿瘤手术且术中采用超声肿瘤定位的63例患者作为超声组,同期选取进行颅内肿瘤手术且术中未采用超声肿瘤定位的33例患者作为对照组。对两组病理结果、肿瘤切除程度及预后情况进行比较。结果 病理结果:对照组脑胶质瘤18例,脑膜瘤6例,海绵状血管瘤3例,转移瘤3例,神经鞘瘤2例,其他1例;超声组脑胶质瘤33例,脑膜瘤13例,海绵状血管瘤6例,转移瘤5例,神经鞘瘤4例,其他2例。超声组肿瘤全切率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗两组KPS评分均得到显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后超声组KPS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 术中超声可对肿瘤进行实时探查,可显著提高提高肿瘤的全切率,值得临床借鉴推广。
Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative ultrasound on intracranial tumor surgery.Methods A total of 63 patients with intraoperative ultrasound in intracranial tumor surgery from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as ultrasound group.During the same period, 33 patients with intracranial tumor surgery but without ultrasound detection were selected as control group.The pathology results, extent of tumor resection, and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The pathology Results showed that in the control group, there were 18 cases of glioma, 6 cases of meningeoma, 3 cases of cavernous hemangioma, 3 cases of metastatic tumor, 2 cases of schwannoma, and 1 case of other intracranial tumor; in the ultrasound group, there were 33 cases of glioma, 13 cases of meningeoma, 6 cases of cavernous hemangioma, 5 cases of metastatic tumor, 4 cases of schwannoma, and 2 cases of other intracranial tumor.The total resection rate of tumor in the ultrasound group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of KPS in the two groups after treatment were improved obviously (P<0.05), and the score in the ultrasound group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative ultrasound could detect the tumor in real time and significantly improve the total resection rate of tumor, thus is worthy of clinical promotion.
