目的 探讨护理干预对骨折患者术后肢体功能恢复的影响。方法 本研究选取2016年1月—2017年12月收治的150例需进行手术治疗的骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。两组患者均接受手术治疗,对照组采用常规护理模式,在对照组基础上观察组采用优质护理模式。对患者肢体功能恢复及并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果 观察组患者肢体功能恢复总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对骨折手术患者术后采用优质护理可显著提高患者肢体功能恢复,同时减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on limb function recovery after fracture surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients who received fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 patients in each group.After surgery, the patients in the control group were given routine care, and the patients in the observation group were additionally given upgraded care.Limb function recovery and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of limb function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Upgraded nursing care intervention for patients with fracture surgery could obviously improve limb function recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications, and is worthy of popularizing.
