目的 探讨超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年10月收治的60例(60眼)急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受超声乳化联合房角分离术,随访半年,观察疗效。结果 治疗后患者矫正视力、眼压及中央前房深度均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后患者房角均较术前显著变宽(P<0.05);未出现严重并发症。结论 超声乳化联合房角分离术用于治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障安全有效,临床可借鉴推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of phacoemulsification plus goniosynechialysis on acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods From January 2017 to October 2018, 60 cases (60 eyes) of acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were selected in the study, received phacoemulsification plus goniosynechialysis, and were followed up for half a year to observe treatment effects.Results The corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and anterior chamber depth after treatment were superior to those before treatment (P<0.05).The chamber angle after treatment was wider than before (P<0.05).There was no severe complication.Conclusion Phacoemulsification plus goniosynechialysis is safe and effective in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
