目的 探讨支气管套囊测压法及纤维支气管镜法判断左侧双腔支气管插管定位的准确性。方法 选择100例需左侧双腔支气管插管单肺通气行胸科手术的患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。双腔支气管插管后分别采用支气管套囊测压法及纤维支气管镜法判断双腔支气管的位置。结果 支气管套囊测压法、纤维支气管镜法定位准确率分别为88%、100%,纤维支气管镜法明显高于支气管套囊测压法(P<0.05)。两组插管后并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 支气管套囊测压法简单实用,具较高的定位准确率和较低的并发症发生率。
Objective To compare the positioning accuracy of left double-lumen endobronchial tubes by bronchial cuff pressure method and fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients with single lung ventilation surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group.The position of double-lumen endobronchial tubes was assessed by bronchial cuff pressure method and fiberoptic bronchoscopy respectively after double-lumen bronchial intubation.Results The positioning accuracy rate of fiberoptic bronchoscopy (100%) was significantly higher than that of bronchial cuff pressure method (88%, P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in complications after intubation (P>0.05).Conclusion The bronchial cuff pressure method is simple and practical, with high positioning accuracy and low complications.
