目的 探讨对胆结石手术患者实施人文关怀护理的临床效果。方法 选取2017年3月—2018年7月收治112例胆结石患者,均进行胆结石手术治疗,随机分为对照组、研究组,均56例。对照组采用临床常规护理,在此基础上对研究组患者实施人文关怀护理,对比两组心理状态及生活质量。结果 护理前研究组焦虑、抑郁评分与对照组无显著性差异,护理后研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组生活质量评分相比无差异(P>0.05),护理后研究组生活质量评分与对照组相比更高(P<0.05)。结论 对胆结石手术患者而言,人文关怀护理的实施具有重要临床意义,可有效改善患者不良心理状态,保障手术效果,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanistic care on mental state and quality of life of patients after gallstone surgery.Methods A total of 112 patients underwent gallstone surgery from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group and a study group, with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing; the study group was additionally given humanistic care.The mental state and quality of life were evaluated.Results Before intervention, the anxiety and depression scores between the two groups were not significantly different; after intervention, the scores in the study group were lower than the scores in the control group (P＜0.05).Before intervention, the score of quality of life between the two groups were not significantly different; after intervention, the score in the study group was higher than the score in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care is of great clinical importance for patients undergoing gallstone surgery because it can efficiently improve patients’ mental state, therapeutic effect, and quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
