目的 观察结直肠癌患者手术前后血清miR-21的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法 对33例结直肠癌患者(肠癌组)和20例健康志愿者(对照组),应用RT-PCR方法检测手术前后其血清miR-21表达水平。结果 肠癌组术前血清miR-21相对表达量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后血清miR-21相对表达量明显低于术前,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肠癌患者血清miR-21高表达,手术可降低肠癌患者血清miR-21水平;提示肠癌患者血清miR-21水平可能成为结直肠癌有前景的标志物,值得深入探讨。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum miR-21 levels in colorectal cancer patients before and after surgery.Methods Patients with confirmed colorectal cancer (colorectal cancer group, n=33) and healthy volunteers (control group, n=20) were enrolled in the study and detected for serum miR-21 expression levels before and after surgery by RT-PCR.Results The relative expression level of serum miR-21 in the colorectal cancer group before surgery was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); and the level of serum miR-21 after surgery was significantly lower than that before surgery (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum miR-21 is highly expressed in patients with colorectal cancer before surgery and lowly expressed after surgery, indicating a promising biomarker role for colorectal cancer, which is worthy of further evaluation.
