目的 对在急性坏疽性阑尾炎手术中腹腔镜的应用效果进行探讨,以期为进一步提高手术治疗效果提供参考。方法 对2013年2月—2018年2月期间接收的90例经临床确诊为急性坏疽性阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者均采用手术治疗,对照组(66例)采用传统开腹手术进行治疗,观察组(24例)采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对两种手术模式应用效果进行对比观察。结果 与对照组相比,在手术时间、住院时间等手术指标上,观察组均明显较少(P<0.05);在术后镇痛药物使用率及术后并发症发生率上,观察组均明显较低(P<0.05)。结论 将腹腔镜应用于急性坏疽性阑尾炎手术治疗可有效减少患者术后镇痛药物的使用及并发症的发生,促进临床疗效的提升,保障手术安全,值得推广。

Objective To assess the effect of laparoscopy on acute gangrene appendicitis, and provide a reference for improving the effect of the surgical treatment.Methods The Uinical data of 90 cases diagnosed as acute gangrenous appendicitis and received surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups: control group (66 cases) treated with traditional laparotomy and observation group (24 cases) treated with laparoscopic surgery.The effects of two kinds of operations were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly reduced surgical indicators (P<0.05), analgesics usage rate (P<0.05), and postoperative complications rate (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying laparoscopy to acute gangrene appendicitis can effectively reduce the use of postoperative analgesics and complications, promote clinical efficacy, and ensure the safety of surgery, which is worth promoting.
