目的 分析进展期胃癌采用腹腔镜胃癌根治术辅助热灌注化疗的临床应用价值。方法 选取2017年10月—2018年10月期间收治的进展期胃癌患者80例,采用随机数字表法将患者均分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组行腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗,试验组行腹腔镜胃癌根治术与热灌注化疗联合治疗,对比两组患者胃肠道功能恢复时间、临床治疗效果、术后住院时间、并发症发生率。结果 试验组并发症的总发生率(5%)低于对照组(27.5%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 试验组术后住院时间与胃肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 试验组治疗总有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(75%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对进展期胃癌患者,临床采取腹腔镜胃癌根治术与热灌注化疗联合治疗,其临床效果显著,可全面改善患者胃肠道功能,缩短患者术后住院时间,其临床并发症发生率也相对较低。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with hyperthermic infusion chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods Eighty patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected from October 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital and divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.The patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with hyperthermic infusion chemotherapy.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,clinical treatment effect,postoperative hospitalization time,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence rate of complications in the experimental group (5%) was less than that in the control group (P<0.05),so were the hospitalization time (P<0.05) and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function.The total effective rate of the experimental group (97.5%) was higher than that of the control group (75%,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with advanced gastric cancer,laparoscopic radical gastrectomy combined with hyperthermic chemotherapy is effective by improving gastrointestinal function,shortening postoperative hospital stay,and lowering clinical complications.
