目的 探讨输尿管镜联合钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的效果。方法 将治疗的92例输尿管上段结石患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组,每组46例。研究组接受输尿管镜联合钬激光碎石取石术治疗,对照组采用腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗。观察和比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、镇痛药使用情况、手术和住院时间。结果 经手术治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组住院时间和手术时间短、并发症发生率和镇痛药使用率低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗输尿管上段结石患者中,输尿管镜联合钬激光碎石取石术的治疗效果优于腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术,不但手术时间短,而且创伤性小,临床价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser lithotripsy on upper ureteral calculi.Methods Ninety-two patients with upper ureteral calculi treated in our hospital were divided into contrel group and study group.Patients with even-numbered ureteral calculi were treated as study group (n=46) and those with odd number as reference group (n=46).The study group was treated with ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser lithotripsy,and the control group with laparoscopic ureterotomy.Complications,analgesics usage,operation and hospital stay were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After operation,compared with the control group,the study group had significantly shorter hospital stay and operation time,as well as significantly lower rates of complications and analgesics usage (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of upper ureteral calculi,ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser lithotripsy is superior to laparoscopic ureterotomy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi for its short operation time,minimal invasion,and high clinical value.
