目的 对比完全经乳晕入路腔镜良性甲状腺瘤切除术与开放手术的临床应用价值。方法 收集2017年6月—2018年6月收治的良性甲状腺瘤女性患者中选取96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分成对照组和观察组,各48例,其中对照组实施开放手术,观察组实施完全经乳晕入路腔镜良性甲状腺瘤切除术,对比两组手术情况、术后并发症发生率以及术后美容满意度。结果 观察组术中出血量、术后引流量均低于对照组,手术时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,且观察组术后美容满意度91.67%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。但两组术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ²=0.716,P＞0.05)。结论 对良性甲状腺瘤患者实施完全经乳晕入路腔镜切除术,可以减少术中出血量、术后引流量,缩短手术时间和术后住院时间,提高术后美观满意度。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach and open surgery.Methods A total of 96 female patients with benign thyroid tumor treated from June 2017 to June 2018 in Heping County People’s Hospital were selected and assigned to two groups by random numbertable,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received open surgery; the observation group received endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach.The operation conditions,incidence rate of postoperative complications,and postoperative cosmetic satisfaction were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss volume,postoperative drainage volume,operation time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were less than those of the control group,while the cosmetic satisfaction rate of the observation group (91.67%) was higher than that of control group (75.00%) (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications between the two groups was not significantly different (χ²=0.716,P＞0.05).Conclusion Applying endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach can reduce intraoperative blood loss volume and postoperative drainage volume,shorten operation time and hospitalization time,and improve postoperative aesthetic satisfaction.
