目的 观察揿针耳穴对乳腺癌手术患者围术期焦虑的影响。方法 100例择期乳腺癌手术患者随机数字表法分为揿针治疗组(T组)和对照组(C组),每组50 例(n=50)。两组患者均采用相同麻醉和手术方法,术前1 d对实验组患者进行耳穴神门、内分泌、心揿针埋针。对照组在相同位置贴外观相同,但无针的假贴片。观察两组患者焦虑情况。结果 与C组同时点比较,T组入手术室即刻、术后3 d焦虑值明显降低(P＜0.05)。结论 耳穴神门、内分泌、心揿针埋针护理干预能缓解乳腺癌患者围手术期焦虑。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupuncture with thumbtack needle on perioperative anxiety in breast cancer patients.Methods One hundred patients undergoing breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (group T) and control group (group C), 50 patients in each group.The two groups of patients were given the same anesthesia and surgery.One day before surgery, the patients in the group T were treated with auricular acupuncture at Shenmen acupoint, Endocrine acupoint, and Epicardy acupoint with thumbtack needle, while the patients in the group C were treated with fake patch with no needles in the same position.Anxiety scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the group C, the anxiety scores of the group T were reduced at the time entering operation room and 3 days after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of auricular acupuncture at Shenmen acupoint,Endocrine acupoint, and Epicardy acupoint with thumbtack needles can relieve perioperative anxiety in breast cancer patients.
