目的 观察老年桡骨远端骨折手术配合中药熏洗对患者腕关节功能的影响。方法 选取2015年1月至2017月5月收治的桡骨远端骨折患者38例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各19例。两组患者均施以常规桡骨远端骨折复位内固定手术治疗,并于术后2周接受功能康复训练,观察组加以中药熏洗治疗。治疗4周随访8周,对比两组腕关节功能恢复情况及骨折愈合效果。结果 观察组骨折愈合效果优于对照组,骨折愈合时间较对照组短,腕关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 老年桡骨远端骨折患者术后施以中药熏洗利于促进患者骨折愈合,帮助患者腕关节功能恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of distal radius fracture surgery combined with herbal fumigation on wrist joint function in elderly patients.Methods Between January 2015 and May 2017,a total of 38 cases of distal radius fractures were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 19 cases in each group.Both the two groups were treated with conventional distal radius fracture reduction and internal fixation surgery,as well as functional rehabilitation training conducted at 2 weeks after the operation.Additionally,the observation group was treated with herbal fumigation for 4 weeks and follow-up for 8 weeks.The wrist joint function recovery and fracture healing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed better fracture healing effect,shorter healing time,and higher recovery rate than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Herbal fumigation is beneficial to the healing of fracture and recovery of wrist joint function of the elderly patients after surgery.
