摘要

目的 探讨肋骨爪形接骨钛板治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果。方法 回顾性分析2011年1月—2016年1月应用肋骨爪形接骨钛板内固定手术治疗多发性肋骨骨折52例患者的临床资料,与同期采用非手术治疗的136例患者进行比较(疼痛程度、持续疼痛时间和术后肺部并发症)。结果 手术组术后疼痛持续时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。肺部感染、肺不张的并发症发生率低于非手术组(P<0.05)。手术组患者能够更早地恢复原有的活动。结论 应用肋骨爪形接骨钛板治疗多发性肋骨骨折可以缓解疼痛、减少肺部并发症以及缩短恢复时间。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of internal fixation with titanium embracing fixator on multiple rib fractures.Methods Clinical data of 188 patients with multiple rib fractures treated with internal fixation with titanium embracing fixator (operation group, n=52) or conventional conservative treatment (non-operation group, n=136) between January 2011 and January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results The duration of pain was significantly reduced in the operation group compared with the non-operation group (P<0.05). The incidence rates of pulmonary infection and atelectasis in the operation group was lower than those in the non-operation group (P<0.05). The patients in the operation group recovered more quickly than the non-operation group.Conclusion Applying internal fixation with titanium embracing fixator to the treatment of multiple rib fractures can relieve pain, reduce pulmonary complications, and shorten recovery time.
