目的 探究湿润烧伤膏对肛瘘患者创面愈合时间的影响及安全性。方法 研究对象为2015年4月—2018年4月收治的100例肛瘘患者,将其采用随机数字表法分成治疗1组与治疗2组,50例治疗1组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,50例治疗2组采用凡士林油纱治疗。探讨实施不同治疗对创面愈合时间、疼痛、满意度及安全性的影响。 结果 治疗1组在肛门疼痛评分[(2.97±0.25)分]、创面渗液时间[(8.12±0.81) d]及愈合时间[(16.57±1.52) d]上显著低于治疗2组[(4.63±0.44)分、(12.63±1.57)d、(24.77±2.53)d,(t=23.195、18.052、19.645,P＜0.05],治疗1组并发症发生率(2.00%)显著低于治疗2组(14.00%, χ²=4.891,P＜0.05),治疗1组满意度(98.00%)显著高于治疗2组(84.00%, χ²=5.983,P＜0.05)。结论 将湿润烧伤膏应用于肛瘘患者时,不仅能缩短创面愈合时间,还能减轻疼痛,减少创面渗液时间,降低并发症发生率,提升满意度。

Objective To analyze the wound healing time and clinical safety of moist exposed burn ointment in anal fistula patients.Methods A total of 100 anal fistula patients treated from April 2015 to April 2018 were selected and grouped by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.Group one applied moist exposed burn ointment; Group two applied petrolatum gauze.The wound healing time, pain scores, patient’s satisfaction, and clinical safety were probed.Results The anal pain scores (2.97±0.25), wound exudation [(8.12±0.81) d], and healing days [(16.57±1.52) d] in Group one were reduced compared with Group two [(4.63±0.44), (12.63±1.57) d, (24.77±2.53) d; t=23.195, 18.052,19.645] (P＜0.05); the incidence rate of complications in Group one (2.00%) was significantly lower than that in Group two (14.00%) (χ²=4.891, P＜0.05); the patient’s satisfaction rate in Group one (98.0%) was significantly higher than that in Group two (84.0%) (χ²=5.983,P＜0.05).Conclusion The moist exposed burn ointment can shorten wound healing time, relieve pain, shorten wound exudation time, reduce the incidence rate of complications, and increase patient’s satisfaction, thus worthy of clinical application and promotion.
