目的 介绍一种改良的下肢骨牵引护理用具在患者中应用的临床效果。 方法 选择2015年7月—2016年7月期间,住院并行下肢骨折牵引的患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统的牵引护理用具;观察组采用自行设计的改良下肢骨牵引护理用具。比较两组患者舒适度、压力性损伤发生率、牵引准备时间以及同行满意度评价。 结果 观察组在患者舒适度、同行满意度评价明显优于对照组,牵引准备时间、压力性损伤发生率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 使用改良下肢骨牵引护理用具,提高了医护人员工作效率及满意度,提高了患者的舒适度,有效的减少压力性损伤的发生,具有较高的推广使用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified nursing device of lower limb bone traction.Methods A total of 100 patients with lower limb fracture traction from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group used traditional nursing device, while the observation group used modified nursing device of lower limb bone traction.The comfort level, pressure injury rate, preparation time for traction, and satisfaction level of nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort level and satisfaction level of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the preparation time for traction and pressure injury rate decreased greatly in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion The modified nursing device of lower limb bone traction can improve the work efficiency and satisfaction of medical staff, enhance patients’ comfort level, and effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure injury, which has a high value of promotion and application.
